This peaceful 2-storey villa-apartment in Naples’s Paestum is within walking distance of the sea. It is ideal for sun holidays with the family. The ground floor with a large living room with sofa bed and kitchen is equipped with a large paved terrace of approximately 60 m². The garden of approximately 30 m² is located at the back and you can start the day with a wholesome breakfast. T The beautiful complex is built in a park of around 12,000 square meters, in the summer heart of the city of Paestum. It borders a beautiful green pine forest and it lies on Slecht 100 m away from the beach, where you can relax in the sun.
