This spectacular country villa with private pool is able to give unique emotions in the beautiful setting of the Sardinian Sea, one of the most exclusive places on the island: the Costa Smeralda.
The pool has a telescopic cover, which can be opened in half, which allows a rise in temperature of about 8 degrees
The villa is suitable for up to 6 people and also offers a large covered veranda with table and chairs, a large living room with dining room and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace.

Near Baja Sardinia the large holiday villa offers everything you could want: proximity to the sea, golf courses, nightlife, but also peace and silence in total confidentiality.

Outside, in addition to the covered parking, a large garden, a wonderful private pool with solarium, sun beds and deck chairs. For dinners and lunches outdoors a magnificent barbecue with wood oven set in the rock. The use of the swimming pool is free.
