This stylish apartment sits in a prime location in Woolacombe, offering couples or small families easy access to the surf town’s pristine beach just 400 metres away, as well as local attractions, pubs, restaurants and shops. Woolacombe Beach is the perfect spot for a traditional beach day thanks to its 3-mile stretch of golden sand and consistent surf perfect for water sports like surfing, paddle boarding and kayaking. Walkers are spoiled with scenic trails thanks to the South West Coast Path that passes the property, offering a route to Mortehoe (1.2 miles) in one direction, and National Trust Baggy Point (4 miles) in the other. Other North Devon towns with just as much coastal charm include the Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe (6 miles), where you can hop on a boat to Lundy Island, and the quaint resort of Lynton and Lynmouth (20 miles).
After pulling up in your private, allocated parking space, head up the communal stairs to find your contemporary apartment. On entry, notice the chic, soothing decor and furnishings throughout that invite relaxation by the sea. Walk into the social heart of the property, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, and crash into the comfy sofas and flick on the Smart TV to unwind after a day of adventure. When stomachs start to rumble, find that the modern, well-appointed kitchen has all you need to whip up a feast for your loved ones, perhaps using the local ingredients you’ve sourced during the day. After eating at the stylish dining table and deciding that it’s time for bed, walk back through the hallway to find two delightful bedrooms. Choose from a chic king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and another king-size room that can be converted into a twin on request and is served by the well-equipped family bathroom that completes the property.
Although there is no outside space at the apartment, guests have access to the apartment’s on-site leisure facilities for ultimate relaxation. These include a shared, indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a gym that you can pre-book, as well as a games room and use of an outdoor heated surf shower for post-beach soaks.
