Situated on the ground floor, Countisbury View boasts unparalleled views of Lynmouth harbour and bay from its terrace, complete with garden furniture for enjoying the sunset. Inside, the property is adorned with luxury features, from the inviting log burner in the open-plan living area to the sleek, well-equipped kitchen. The open-plan living space is ideal for entertaining, featuring a wooden dining table and chairs, with the sofa and armchair positioned in the large bay window to soak in the coastal vistas. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a fridge/freezer, a wash/dryer, an electric oven with hob, a dishwasher, a wine cooler and a coffee machine.

Both bedrooms can be configured on request as either king-sized double beds or twin rooms.
