Courtyard Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, a dining area, a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a utility. The bedrooms consist of three double beds, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside is an enclosed rear patio with furniture and hot tub, plus off-road parking for four cars. Within 1.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.3 miles, a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Courtyard Cottage awaits for your family escape to North Yorkshire. Note: Courtyard Cottage is situated within a working country estate. Note: We welcome children aged 8 and above, but while outdoors they must be supervised by adults at all times, as the cabin is situated near water, wild woodland and private land. Note: Guests have access to the on-site facilities of tennis court, croquet lawn and hot tub. Note: 6-person hot tub available on request, situated on a patio 38 metres from the property, for 100GBP for stays up to a week (1st March to 31st October only) payable directly to the owner by credit or debit card before arrival - more than 48 hours notice required.
