The flat is fully equipped:

A double living/dining room with UHD TV (Netflix included), fast Wifi, large dining table, bookcase and a beautiful Poltronesofa sofa.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped, with a new washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso, fan-assisted oven, large freezer and fridge.

You'll sleep comfortably in a quiet courtyard bedroom, equipped with a large double bed, soft duvet, and big wardrobe for your clothes.

The bedroom also has a fully-equipped workspace with a sit-standing desk, ergonomic chair, bluetooth keyboard and a large hdmi screen in case you need to telework.
