Luxury 1st floor apartment along the promenade and just a few minutes walk to Warrenpoint town centre and all its amenities. From the two front sash windows you have close up views of the harbour, coastal waters & back drop of the mountains. Apartment is newly renovated and newly furnished to a high standard. Open plan fully functional kitchen/living space, bedroom and bathroom. More suited to couples as may not be a child friendly space. No parties are permitted on this property and no hen or stag bookings. Parking is free both on street and public car parks. Well behaved pets are welcome but not permitted on furniture. Entire apartment deep cleaned prior to arrival.
