Excellent transport links, including overland rail from Haggerston and Dalston Junction and the tube from Highbury & Islington, make it easy to access central London.

Throughout Englefield Road, there is a real sense of personality. The two sitting rooms have a bohemian feel with unique artwork and retro-style furniture. The second sitting room is flooded with light thanks to the conservatory extension that looks out onto a verdant, mature garden. - This home has air-conditioning unit in the third bedroom only. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets.
- This home is spread over four levels with no internal elevator.
- The fireplaces in the master and fourth bedroom are ornamental.
- There are stairs up to the entrance of this home.
- There is a trundle bed in the fifth bedroom which can be set up for one or two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
- There is limited hanging space in the fifth bedroom.
- The tv in the second sitting room is powered by apple tv only, please have your apple id account handy.
- One loveable cat lives in this home. They won't be around for your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
