Villa MenorcaHome 14 is located in the Calan Bosch urbanization in the municipality of Ciutadella, about 400 meters from a promenade and about 500 meters from the Calan Bosch beach.
The house is about 135 m2, modern in style, quadratic in shape and at street level it has parking with capacity for 2 cars.
In the exterior area of the house we have a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. On one side of the house we find the built-in BBQ. And next to the outdoor terrace is the pool with 8 hammocks and a set of table and chairs.

The house is distributed over 2 floors:

Ground floor: Outdoor terrace covered with a wooden pergola and with direct access to the pool.
Large living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace and at the same time connected to the kitchen.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule and Italian coffee maker, mini blender.
Fast internet connection via Wi-Fi.
Full bathroom with shower.
Double bedroom with double bed.

First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, both with access to a balcony overlooking the rear of the garden.
Double room with double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
In the hallway there is a bathroom for the 2 bedrooms.
All bedrooms with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.

It is a product especially intended for families. The house rules do not allow the organization of parties or events of any kind. EscapeHome reserves the right to collect a security deposit of €150 per person prior to your arrival. If your group is a group of young people under 26 years of age, the security deposit will be required. It must be paid through a secure link that we will send you by SMS before your arrival and it will be returned to you upon departure. once the state of the house has been checked. If during your stay there is any breakage or damage, we would appreciate it if you notified us so that it can be immediately fixed. Also, we must collect the ecotax separately, the tourist tax of the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night).
