Discover a delightful fusion of coastal charm and local attractions in the surrounding area, creating an ideal destination for beach enthusiasts and intrepid adventurers alike.
Step inside through the porch, where you'll be greeted by the dining area with original red Norfolk tiles and wooden beams dating back to 1780. Adjacent is the contemporary kitchen, boasting an adjoining walk-in larder/utility room, providing guests with all the essentials needed to whip up culinary delights during their stay. Follow the hallway to discover the bathroom and a separate cloakroom before entering the original stable, now transformed into a cosy reception room with flint walls and exposed shipwrecked beams, creating a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic character. The ground floor also features a double bedroom and a snug, offering additional space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, you'll find two light-filled bedrooms, one king-size and one double, serviced by a spacious shower room. Step outside to the expansive open garden with a lush lawn and patio area.
Head outside to enjoy the cottage's large open garden with a lawn and small patio with outdoor furniture. This peaceful setting is the perfect spot to listen to birdsong as you enjoy the last of the day's sunshine.
Set within the Norfolk Coast National Landscape, East Runton beckons with its golden sandy shores, ideal for indulging in long sun-drenched summer days, leisurely strolls, and exhilarating water sports. For those who like to get back to nature, In cleborough Hill (0.5 miles), Beeston Bump (3 miles), and Sheringham Park (3.5 miles) offer picturesque hiking trails, including segments of Peddar’s Way. History buffs will enjoy a day out at Felbrigg Hall (2.5 miles) or the charming town of Sheringham (4 miles), renowned for its nostalgic "Poppy" steam train line to Holt. The popular seaside resort of Cromer is 1.5 miles from your door, famed for its delectable crab sandwiches and traditional end-of-pier shows.
