One bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the other has two semi-double beds accommodating a total of four guests. Each bedroom has storage space with high-quality linens included.

The bathroom is modern and spacious with high-end features throughout.

The light and comfortable living room is a combined space with the dining area and a deluxe kitchen for a spacious feeling throughout the unit. The entire space easily accesses a private balcony overlooking the city's treetop and a charming building across the street.

The kitchen is stunning and includes a full-sized stove, microwave, refrigerator, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and even a washing machine for convenience during your stay.

The unit has heating and air conditioning. But, we know you will enjoy spending time on your balcony taking in the sights and sounds of this beautiful and ancient city.

Kolonaki was once the home of the most elite (and wealthy) Athenians before they began relocating to the suburbs. Today, it remains a high-end, trendy neighborhood full of upscale cafes, shops, and restaurants.
near the base of Mount Lykavettos. Within Kolonaki, you will find the National Gardens, the Benaki Museum, and the popular Kolonaki Square, one of the most famous city squares surrounded by nice cafes.

Kolonaki is one of the oldest districts in Athens, built on the southern slopes of Lycabettus Hill. It's known for its great museums and galleries including the Benaki Museum, Goulandris Museum of Cycladic Art and the Byzantine Museum.

At night, the area comes alive as a lively spot for bars, tavernas, and restaurants. There is a large general hospital in the area as well.

Plaka is the oldest district in Athens built near the Acropolis with pedestrian streets full of cafes and tavernas.
Monastiraki is a very old neighborhood in Athens known for its flea market.
Thission is a historical place, a very nice neighborhood with a broad pedestrian street.
Zappeion Hall is located in the National Gardens of Athens. There are more than 70 neoclassical sculptures and fountains. You'll find nice cafes and restaurants nearby.
Kifissia, like Kolonaki, is a wealthy neighborhood and known for excellent restaurants and bars and upscale shopping.
Glyfada is known for its beaches and shopping.
Piraeus is a nearby charming and ancient port city and known for its seafood restaurants.
Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center is a complex which includes new facilities for the National Library of Greece (NLG) and the National Opera (GNO), and the large Stavros Niarchos Park.
