Valley View, one bedroom luxury apartment in Lynmouth

Located in the pretty seaside village of Lynmouth is Valley View, a couple friendly, one bedroom holiday apartment. The luxury, ground floor holiday apartment, which comfortably sleeps up to two guests welcomes dogs and is open all year round for those looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of Exmoor National Park but remain within easy access of North Devon's popular beaches and attractions; Somerset with its pretty villages, rugged coastline and stunning scenery is also within easy reach.

Valley View has an open plan living area, which opens out on to a good sized private patio that has views over the harbour and ocean beyond. The interior of the apartment is bright and modern. The living area is split into a comfy lounge with a sofa, a Smart TV and a wood-burning stove; a small dining area with a table to seat two and a well-equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and a coffee machine. The bedroom features a zip and link bed, which allows it to be set up as either a king size double or a twin. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead.

Each apartment has a designated off-road car parking space and a footpath leads directly from the apartment building to the village of Lynmouth, where guests will discover a wide range of pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as a small selection of shops.
