River View, a two bedroom seaside holiday apartment in Lynmouth

River View is a beautiful two bedroom couple and family friendly holiday apartment located in Lynmouth, North Devon. The second floor apartment, which enjoys stunning sea views can comfortably accommodate up to four guests and also welcomes dogs.

The luxury coastal apartment, which is split over two floors has a good-sized open plan living area complete with doors opening out onto an enclosed private balcony featuring a small dining table and chairs. The living area itself is split into a comfy lounge with a large sofa, a smart TV and a wood-burning stove; a central dining area with table to seat four and a well-equipped kitchen fitted with a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, an oven and a coffee machine.

The two bedrooms are located upstairs in the apartment. Both bedrooms are light and airy and have zip and link beds that allow them to be set up as either king size double or two singles. The two bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, a WC and a wash basin.

Each apartment including River View has a designated parking space, as well as access to communal outdoor areas. A footpath leads from the apartment building to the village where guests will discover a wide range of pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as some small shops.
