This beautiful, recently refurbished studio in Copacabana is ideal for couples or friends looking for a simple, beautifully decorated flat. The layout has a bathroom and integrates the living room with the bedroom. It has a queen-size bed, sofa, smart TV, air conditioning capable of climatising the whole room and a complete kitchen with various utensils and appliances to make your stay with us easier. All the decoration in neutral, woody, green and yellow tones has been designed to bring freshness and Brazilianness to the daily routine. The building in which it is located has a lift and 24-hour concierge.

The loft has a great location in one of Rio de Janeiro's most emblematic neighbourhoods, at Copacabana's Post 2. It's just 3 minutes from Copacabana beach and a block from the Copacabana Palace and Churrascaria Palace, the hotel's renowned steakhouse. Just opposite is the Pão & Companhia bakery, bringing convenience to your breakfast and a wide choice of delicious breads and pastries. The Tiny Cat Café, located just a block from the flat, is a great option for cat lovers and coffee lovers, perfect for the late afternoon. For those looking to enjoy Rio's nightlife, there are several nightclubs, concert halls and bars within a few minutes' walk. Finally, it has easy access to various means of transport, such as the metro, which is 2 minutes from the flat, pharmacies and markets.

And for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some rules and warnings:

1) The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.
2) No noise is allowed after 10pm. (Law of Silence)
3) The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building.
4) Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags
5) Use the entrance and service elevator when carrying luggage or using bathing suits.
6) When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
7) Our check-in is from 3:00 pm, and our check-out is before 11:00 am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability with one of our collaborators.
8) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed, and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be booked and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, any damaged items may be charged against your security deposit.
9) All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
