A lovely holiday home in beautiful Kärradal, just north of Varberg. A comfortable and modern accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature. A short walk takes you down to the beach. There is both a sandy beach and a rock bath with a jetty and bathing ladder. A popular restaurant is located right on the beach. This is a real summer idyll. At the house entrance and hall there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The ground floor has a large open and well-equipped kitchen with living room and dining area. From here you have access to the terraced house's small garden with patio. Summer time privacy protected with lush hedges and wind protection. Upstairs there is a bright, beautiful bedroom with a double bed, a toilet and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. An Apple TV with chromecast. In the house you will find fiber and free wifi. Next to the terraced houses there is an outdoor gym. When you take the walking path to and from the beach, you already have a small well-stocked farm shop. Here you buy goodies for the beach or for your barbecue evenings. A bit away at the campsite, there is a summer restaurant with a pub and a small shop. In summer there is also a café near the beach. Varberg is a summer city with a throng of people, restaurants, cafes and dance venues, everything that belongs to a summer city. The massive Varberg Fortress guards the entrance to the harbor and can be seen in the distance. Take a walk down to the bastions and casemates, follow from the 13th century to our own time. Just outside Varberg is Getterön, one of Sweden's most famous bird sanctuaries. There are also exhibitions, a shop and a café. Another nice excursion destination is Åkulla beech forests and for those of you who are technically interested, it is not far to the world heritage Grimeton. Also visit the large shopping area GEKÅS in Ullared. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses nearby, the closest being Klosterfjordens Gk.
