Once inside, go through the second internal gate and continue to the end of the courtyard. At the end of the courtyard on the right you will find a cabinet with the keys inside under the rightmost window; the code is 3983. The entrance to the apartment is the second arched window (the leftmost one of the two) on your left, same side as the locker.
