The beauty of the patio will immediately strike you as you enter the Villa, an elegant and bright outdoor space of about 30 square meters. Here, a young olive tree stands gracefully next to the charming stone outdoor shower, creating an atmosphere of pleasure and relaxation. You can enjoy outdoor meals in the dining area, which includes table and chairs, while the lounge area welcomes you with comfortable sofas and armchairs, providing an ideal place to savor an aperitif under the starry sky. An umbrella will be at your disposal for shade from the sun. Additionally, you will have access to a convenient laundry area.
Beyond the patio, you will enter the carefully furnished living room to ensure maximum comfort. Here, you will find a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV equipped with streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, etc. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to satisfy your culinary needs, including a dining table, a dishwasher, a ""Nescafé"" coffee machine, and a kettle with coffee capsules and tea provided.
The two double bedrooms are located respectively to the left and right of the living room. Both feature en-suite bathrooms, allowing guests to enjoy privacy and comfort. The double beds are characterized by generous dimensions and a high-quality mattress that ensures optimal support.

Fun fact: In the first double bedroom, you will find an exclusive temperature-controlled ""wine cellar"" to properly store wines, as well as a private coffee machine just 1 step away from the bed.

To ensure the utmost care of our property and to allow all our guests to enjoy an impeccable stay, please follow the instructions provided inside the house for waste disposal to avoid a penalty ranging from €20 to €100.
