The spacious terrace is the heart of the apartment, divided into functional areas:
- Relaxation area: equipped with comfortable seating, it is ideal for enjoying a book or a drink in peace.
- Dining area: equipped with a table, it is perfect for hosting "alfresco" dinners.
- Outdoor gym: equipped with a punching bag, barbells and a pull-up bar, it is ideal for keeping fit even on vacation.
- Barbecue: available for small open-air grills, ideal for food lovers and fun seekers.

To access the apartment, follow these instructions:
Parking: Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to park for free in the designated areas in front of the house.
Collecting the Keys: Use the code provided to you during the fast check-in procedure to open the safe. This is located next to the large gate, under house number 27. Here you can retrieve the keys to the apartment.
Entry into the House: With keys in hand, head towards the condominium door located to the left of the key box. Enter the condominium and take the first corridor on the right. In front you will find the door to the apartment. Insert the key into the lock, turn it to the left, pull the door towards you and then release it. Welcome home!
