We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

For those interested in a unique experience, the Postal Museum is conveniently located across the street, offering a glimpse into the fascinating world of mail delivery.

Conveniently situated just a short 19-minute walk from the famous King's Cross station, guests have easy access to all London offers. Whether exploring the city by foot or utilizing the efficient subway and bus system, this central location ensures all attractions are within reach.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train stations, Russel Square and Farringdon are just a 12-minute walk away.

Heathrow Airport is a 1 hour and 11 minutes drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
