The first bedroom has two 90 cm beds, the second bedroom with two 90 cm beds, and the third bedroom with two 90 cm beds.

The living room features a spacious sofa and connects to a bright dining room with large windows and a balcony for enjoying the sun throughout the day.

The Space:
Bedroom 1: Two 90 cm beds and a storage room.

Bedroom 2: Two 90 cm beds.

Bedroom 3: Two 90 cm beds and a large dresser.

Kitchen equipped with fridge/ freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer, dryer, kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, and all essentials. Includes basic ingredients like salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, and coffee. Dining area for 4 people. Living room with seating and a dining area for 7.

Smedjegatan 13 is located in one of the most vibrant areas of Visby, Gotland. Famous for its historical charm and medieval architecture, the area offers a variety of attractions such as the Visby City Wall and Almedalen Park. The apartment is only a short 3-5 minute walk to the grocery store "ICA" and is also close to the beautiful Botanical Garden. For sports enthusiasts, there are nearby tennis courts, and golf courses are only a short drive away. The scenic areas of Högklint, Tofta Beach, and Kneippbyn are also within easy reach, offering additional dining options and recreational activities. The nearest grocery store, ICA, is only a 5-minute walk away.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Smedjegatan 13 is by car. There are also bikes available for rent, offering a fun and eco-friendly way to explore the area. Additionally, various activities along the waterfront during the summer provide entertainment for all ages. If you prefer to travel by bus, you can take bus line 10 and get off at “Visby Bus Station.” From there, it is a short walk to Smedjegatan 13. With respect to neighbors and families in the building, there is a strict policy that no parties/events or smoking is allowed. The walls are thin, so no loud music/noise allowed after 22.00 and only confirmed guests are allowed in the apartment. In the unfortunate event of misconduct, the booking can be canceled so please respect the home and neighbors.
