The villa has on the ground floor an entrance hall, a large fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom and laundry room. Living/dining room with direct access to the patio. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), all rooms have a balcony. The outdoor patio has a jacuzzi for 4 people, outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Parking for 1 car in front of the house.
