Palm Trees - waterside retreat
Palm Trees is a fabulous waterside home set in the popular Sovereign Harbour area of Eastbourne.
Set over three floors, this holiday home sleeps up to six in three bedrooms.
It boasts a spacious patio area with outdoor furniture, plus a balcony off the first floor lounge where you can also soak up the marina views.
This is a great place to unwind from the stresses and strains of urban life. And if you feel more energetic, you can stroll around the marina to the waterside cafes and bars.
On the ground floor of this family-friendly house is a modern kitchen - well equipped for a self catering holiday. There is an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. And coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso machine (pods available at the local Asda).
A dining area off the kitchen seats up to six around a welcoming, large table - a great base for family meals or to plan the next day out. There is a handy ground floor WC.
French doors from the kitchen lead to the fabulous patio area, complete with palm trees and tropical plants. This boasts several seating spots and is in prime position for a spot of boat watching while you enjoy your morning coffee (or afternoon tipple!).
On the first floor, the lounge also has water views, and doors leading to a balcony with a small table and chairs. If you do manage to step away from the view, the two comfy sofas beckon and there is a smart TV so you can keep up with your favourite programmes (don't forget your log in details).
This floor has a double bedroom, and then on the top floor you'll find the other two sleeping areas. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room. The other top floor bedroom is a double with harbour views, and this floor has the family bathroom with a bath and shower over.
This welcoming holiday home has driveway parking for two cars. WiFi is provided, plus linen and regular towels (pack your beach towels).
Children of all ages are welcome. A small-to-medium size adult, neutered dog may be considered. Please discuss with us in advance of booking (supplement will apply).
Sovereign Harbour's Waterfront area is within an easy stroll of this holiday home, with a great selection of cafes, restaurants and bars. Next to this, the retail park has a giant Asda store, Boots pharmacy, TK Maxx, Next, Sports Direct and other stores.
Eastbourne is a short drive away, or an enjoyable hour's stroll by the promenade with its wider eateries, theatres, pier, bandstand and the contemporary Towner art gallery.
