Welcome to Arbio I Design Studio, a charming and modern retreat located at Windmühlenstraße 31, Leipzig! This compact and practically laid-out studio spans 32 square meters, offering an ideal space for solo travelers, couples, or business visitors. Whether you're here to explore Leipzig's rich cultural heritage or attend to professional commitments, our well-appointed studio serves as the perfect home base.

Our stylish studio apartment is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The open-plan layout maximizes space and light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The high ceiling with a ceiling window allows plenty of natural light into the room, enhancing the loft character and making the space feel airy and spacious.

In the hallway, you'll find two large closets providing ample storage space for your clothes and souvenirs, ensuring you can keep the living area clutter-free. The cooking and living area is visually separated by a room divider, offering a sense of distinct spaces within the studio.

The fully equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare simple meals, including a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a selection of cookware and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the quaint dining table, which also doubles as a workspace for those who need to catch up on emails or work remotely.

*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

*Extra Services:
In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out. All these services can be found in the apartment by scanning the QR code.

*My Reservation / Booking
All important information (such as reservation details, check-in instructions, google maps directions, extra services etc.) can be found on your Arbio reservation page. All guests will get access to the link via message.
Please note that you need to access your reservation page in order to access you booked apartment.

*Longer stays
We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
