Check-in time is usually after 4pm and Check-out time is usually before 10am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate - Additional charges may apply.

Please note that you'll be charged £200 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

Travel Baby Cots can be provided at a one time £50 fee for the entire duration of stay.

We require a deposit of £300, which will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage to the property.

Smoking is permitted exclusively in the garden.

PETS

We love animals and understand they are part of the family! Depending on the type, size, and breed of your pet, we can discuss having them stay with us. There will be an additional charge of £80 per pet for the entire duration of your stay.

QUIET TIME

Since our property is located in a residential community, we ask that you help us respect our neighbors' privacy and their right to a peaceful existence.
To ensure everyone enjoys their time here, please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 8am. A noise monitor is installed on the premises to help us maintain acceptable noise levels. If noise exceeds the set threshold, we will be notified. Please be mindful of our three-strike rule regarding noise disturbances.

BREAKAGES

We understand that accidents can happen! If you happen to break anything, please let us know right away. For minor issues, we usually don't charge a fee. If it's a larger problem, we'll discuss and agree on the cost with you before you leave. In some cases, it might affect the full security deposit, depending on the item.



THEFT

Please note that any theft will result in a full deduction of the security deposit.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in following our house rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and will help avoid any deductions from your security deposit.If these rules aren't followed, it may affect your security deposit.
