With four bedrooms and sleeping up to eight guests, we invite groups of all kinds, including pets, to enjoy this wonderfully refurbished farmhouse on the doorstep of the world famous Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Broughton Sanctuary
One of the UK’s finest wellness centres and activity based holiday destinations, Broughton Hall is located in Skipton, North Yorkshire and has featured widely as one of the best places to stay for relaxation, wellness and activities.

It features 22 stunning individual properties as well as the historic and beautiful Broughton Hall itself, which dates back to 1097, having been in the same family for 900 years.

Surrounded by amazing scenery and countryside, this resort offers a huge range of activities and wellness initiatives. Boasting the Avalon Centre, a dedicated state-of-the-art wellbeing retreat centre, they offer a number of classes, groups and sessions that can be booked separately.

The Home
Yellison is our lovingly restored farm at the heart of the Broughton Sanctuary Estate, situated in the heart of breathtaking scenery and countryside. This charming traditional farmhouse offers 4 spacious bedrooms with space for up to 8 guests and can also cater to your furry friends too.

To add to the stunning scenery and surroundings of the farmhouse is a wild reservoir with amazing nature and wildlife for you to explore and observe whilst you relax on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

If that wasn’t enough, Yellison offers you a base to explore that has been decorated to encapsulate the cosy traditional nature of the rural farmhouse with many original features including a modern log burner.

Situated in the Broughton Sanctuary Estate, you also have the choice of booking extra wellness and wellbeing activities and sessions via the estate itself. Further to that, there are a number of optional extras such as catered outdoor dining experiences.

Due to the fantastic location you’re on the doorstep of some of the best walks and cycling routes around with Yellison’s proximity to the Yorkshire Dales.
