The property offers a 400 foot jetty where you will take in spectacular sunsets. The unit's balcony overlooks the tennis courts. There are 2 heated pools, one private pool for this building only that overlooks the marina, tennis courts, a full playground and a marina. The unit comes loaded with all new appliances. High speed Wi-Fi and 3 large smart TVs with Net Flix and Amazon Movies included.
The living area and master bedroom have an array of large windows which brings in natural light. The living room seating includes a large sectional to comfortably seat the entire family with 2 accent chairs and a bench overlooking the tennis courts. Unit includes new driftwood-finish oak flooring and a modern kitchen with seating for four on the counter and formal dining for ten. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 55” Smart TV with Internet connection. The guest room also has a KING BED, and bunk beds, 3rd twin mattress under bunks, and also has a 56" smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Movies. Two full bathrooms with one bath tub, washer and dryer, free VERY VERY FAST WiFi (we work remote and have the fastest wifi). Full size air mattress and pack and play also included.
Kawama Yacht Club’s amenities include an on-site marina (with boat ramp), oceanfront access, 24 hour security, boat trailer parking, fresh salt water lagoon, heated pools, kids playground and tennis courts. These amenities make Kawama Yacht Club Tower a very desirable vacation. You can go boating, snorkel, kayak, paddle-board, and fish or just catch a tan. Access to the marina ramp is free.
