This charming 45m² one-bedroom apartment in Málaga is the perfect retreat for couples seeking a romantic getaway. It is situated on the third floor with no lift.

The apartment features an open floor plan. The living room includes a comfortable sofa, which converts into a single sofa bed, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, a desk ideal for digital nomads or those catching up on work, and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware cutlery and essential appliances. For added convenience, the property includes a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup, and a washing machine and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The only bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed with complimentary linens.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
