On the lower floor you will find the living area equipped with a kitchenette, with crockery, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and microwave oven, there is a table for 4 people and a comfortable sofa bed that can be opened. Continuing upstairs we offer a comfortable double bedroom equipped with bed linen and towels.  Next we find a spacious bathroom equipped with a functional shower, toilet, bidet, hair dryer and courtsey set. The entire room is air-conditioned and heated. Excellent for those seeking a short escape from everyday life, in a central location close to the beaches of Sottomarina and all the main services. The accommodation does not have a parking space but along the promenade you will find numerous convenient pay car parks. The sea is located just 50 meters from the apartment. For this apartment there is a cot and camping bed for children.
Check-out will be free until 9:30 am. For each additional hour an extra cost of €30 will be charged. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights
