Stop by local pub and shops, explore the many footpaths and cycle routes over the hills and mountains with lakes, reservoirs and historic ruins to discover. Test your nerve at the exhilarating Zip World Caverns (3 miles) and visit the Italianate village of Portmeirion (10 miles) with its architectural heritage, tidal estuary and sub-tropical gardens. Continue to Porthmadog (11.5 miles) with its harbour, Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways, eateries and shops. Visit Criccieth and Harlech Castles, and explore the beautiful and bustling villages of Betws y Coed and Beddgelert, all of which are within 12 miles.
Hang up your coats and enjoy the original features such as stone walls, exposed beams and all the thoughtful touches throughout this cosy stone cottage. The feature fireplace with multi-fuel burner takes centre stage in the lounge/diner with comfortable sofas, Smart TV and an Alexa, perfect to relax in after a full day out. If you decide to eat in, the creatively designed kitchen has all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal with gorgeous views from the window. When ready, the dining table in the lounge is the perfect setting by the window to gather around, and enjoy a meal and the views, whilst planning your holiday activities. Also on this floor is the lovely bathroom with shower over bath and feature stone wall. When ready for bed head upstairs to the three bedrooms, all designed for a good night's sleep and lovely views to wake up to. Choose from two double bedrooms or the cosy single.
Heading outside, you can admire the unrivalled beauty of the area when relaxing in this attractive enclosed garden. Walk up to the covered deck with hot tub, dining furniture and gas BBQ, and up to the heated sunroom to make the most of the mountain views whatever the weather.
