The detached non-smoking Frisian house (approx. 128 sqm) is completely fenced and is located on the edge of the town center of Greetsiel, just a few minutes' walk from the adventure playground, bakery, supermarket, medical center, pharmacy and the health oasis with a small indoor pool. The village center and the idyllic fishing boat harbor are only about 5 minutes' walk away. The direct proximity to a wellness hotel makes it easy to take advantage of the special offers for day guests there. It is equipped with tiled and vinyl floors. All tiled floor areas (hallway, bathrooms, living/dining area) also have underfloor heating.
