Please note: A late check-in after 6:00 PM is only possible after consultation and may incur additional costs. It is highly appreciated if you inform your contact person well in advance about your expected arrival time. Please use the contact details provided in the rental agreement.

• We have neighbors, and quiet hours are required between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Bachelor parties or similar events are strictly prohibited.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed in this apartment.
• A security deposit of EUR 500 is required for incidentals. The property manager has 14 days after your departure date to make a claim on the deposit for any damages to the property. Depending on the extent of the damage, the amount requested may vary.
