This lovely three-room apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a recently renovated condominium building with elevator.
The apartment welcomes you with an entrance hall leading to a spacious living room, furnished with a French sofa bed (140x190 cm) for one guest.
The adjoining kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric stove, providing a practical space for meal preparation.
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two separate single beds, ideal for guests or family members.
The modern, renovated bathroom includes a sleek shower cabin.
Please note that the apartment does not have a terrace.
However, it is well-appointed with essential amenities, including air conditioning, a television, and a microwave oven.
Please be aware that the oven visible in the photos is not for use.
The condominium offers a limited number of unassigned parking spaces in the communal area.
The building's shared swimming pool is a perfect spot to relax and is open from early June to early September, though the exact opening and closing dates may vary depending on weather conditions.
