Modern apartment, on the second floor served by an elevator, in a building within walking distance of the Genoa Aquarium.

The recently renovated accommodation opens onto a colorful living area furnished with a double sofa bed, television, dining table, and kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and kettle. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and an open closet. Finally, a luxurious bathroom in shades of black, with a large shower stall and bidet completes the layout of the apartment.

Guests are provided with amenities such as free wi-fi, iron, and heating for the winter season.
