Wonderful house in complete tranquility just 5 - 8 minutes from the town on foot and about 2 minutes by car.
The house is distributed in 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed each and one with two single beds.
It has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
It has a separate kitchen, a spacious and bright living room with fireplace.
The house has air conditioning in all rooms.
Outside we find a kitchen equipped with a barbecue and oven, a bar with stools and a table and chairs where you can spend good times with family and friends.
We can also find under a pergola, a ping pong table, foosball and billiards with wheels so they can be moved easily.
On the terrace there is the pool with magnesium salt that has many benefits for the skin, circulation, and muscles. where you can relax on sunny days. Next to the pool there are hammocks and parasols.
It has private parking.
