Well-kept cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located in a nice secluded and scenic area near the beach and the North Sea by Saltum Beach. In 2011, the cottage underwent a major renovation and appears bright and tastefully decorated. In the house you will find an indoor pool with slide, children's pool and swimming coach. You can also relax in the house's whirlpool or enjoy the sauna. From the open kitchen you can easily follow everything that is going on, so the whole family can holiday together. In the kitchen you will find most equipment, among other things. large american fridge. In the living room there is a cozy wood stove and in addition there is an energy-saving heat pump. There are two bathrooms with shower. There is underfloor heating in both bathrooms. The grounds are large, with space for ball games and play, as well as fun and holidays. The cottage is suitable for 14 people with four bedrooms and two lofts. Four of the beds are only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The house is located on a 2191 m & # 178; large natural plot with plenty of opportunities for play, ball games, etc. There are 40 m & # 178; open terrace area as well as 12 m & # 178; covered terrace. Here it is always possible to find sun or shade as well as shelter. For the little ones there is a swing, sandpit and football goal. Not for rent to youth groups.
