Cottage high situated on sloping, open plot with trees. In the garden there is a trampoline for the children so they can jump and play (use of this is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance), there is also a large playhouse with climbing wall and swing on the plot. The house has a good decor with i.a. good kitchen / living room in open connection with the living room. The washing machine is in an outbuilding. There are several good terraces so the sun can be enjoyed all day. The evening sun can be enjoyed on the large covered terrace, where there are also nice views of the area. The house is heated with electricity and wood stove. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
