The accommodation consists of:

LOW LEVEL:

Toilet with shower.

Large living-dining room, distributed on two levels, fully equipped with table, chairs, television and sofa.

From the living room there is access to a covered terrace with a double sofa bed (ideal for 2 children) and views of the private pool and the garden which has a table, chairs and awning for outdoor dining.

From the living room there is also access to a space on the lower floor (basement) Private parking for 2 cars.

Large fully equipped and bright kitchen.

1st FLOOR:

2 double rooms with a 135 cm bed. each and wardrobe

1 room with chest of drawers and drawers and three single beds, one of them a trundle.

1 toilet with shower.

The entire house is air conditioned.

It has indoor parking with capacity for several cars.

House's rules:

- Pets are not accepted.

- It will be necessary to provide identification documentation for all guests and sign the corresponding contract between the parties.

- The house is rented with sheets but WITHOUT towels (optional towels 4 euros per person).

- Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

Check-in time at the accommodation: from 4:30 p.m.

Accommodation departure time: 11 am.

- Upon departure, you must leave the house as it was upon arrival. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Garbage may not be left in the house.

- The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

- The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be pre-authorized using the credit card on the day of arrival at the accommodation.
