Intimate studio on the fourth floor, in a building with lift located at only 50m from the beach with a common garden. It comes with a living room with a double sofa-bed and a single bed, a cooking-corner, a bathroom with shower, A/C, TV, a big luminous balcony and a parking space. It has western exposure and offers a side sea view.
