Unfortunately communication for check in was not great & we were 45 minutes late to check in by a fault of communication your end. We struggled to enter property with another lockbox having the same code & nobody advised us to use fob to enter! On entering property it was clear cleaner had over looked 3 guests & set up for 2. I reported only Luke warm water. Unfortunately we decided to take the key when leaving the property for fear someone else had our code. Stair carpet up to flat 18 is dangerous as come away from 2 steps in different areas Apartment was spotlessly clean & facilities were there
