Located in the heart of the vibrant center of Madrid, the Cibeles Luxe are the ideal option for those who want accommodation that provides comfort, style and exclusivity in all its spaces.

In the Las Cortes neighborhood - one of the most traditional and full of history in the central district, known for its impressive architecture and a wide cultural and gastronomic offer - there are points of interest such as the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the Thyssen National Museum. Bornemisza, the ICO Museum Art and Architecture Exhibitions, the famous Cibeles fountain, the iconic Puerta de Alcalá or the Retiro Park.

Thanks to its great location, our guests can enjoy just a few minutes walk from some of the most emblematic and photographed places such as the Puerta del Sol, the Real Casa de Correo, headquarters of the Madrid City Council and whose chimes mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain or the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree.

In addition, it allows you to have an excellent connection with the rest of the city by public transport, highlighting the Banco de España and Seville Metro stations and the many bus lines that leave from that area.

The apartment:

This modern and elegant apartment with the capacity to accommodate up to eleven guests is located on the fourth floor of a completely renovated building with an elevator.

The spacious living room, furnished in an avant-garde style with different focal points such as a large sofa, four modern armchairs and two designer lamps, represents the perfect space to enjoy at any time of the day. The dining area, adjacent to the living room, has an elegant table with space for ten people.

Both rooms have beautiful lighting throughout the day, thanks to their imposing windows that also function as entrance doors to a splendid terrace fully furnished with armchairs and a dining table for six people.

As an anteroom to the kitchen area there is a living room with a smart TV and a double sofa bed, which invites you to relax thanks to its cozy atmosphere. For its part, the spacious independent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and an elegant wooden counter with six chairs to guarantee comfort and convenience to our guests.

This spectacular accommodation has five bedrooms: the main one has a wonderful four-poster double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. Two other rooms have two comfortable single beds each.

The fourth bedroom consists of a spacious double bed, a pleasant reading space and private access to the apartment's bright terrace. For its part, the fifth room has a single bed and a private bathroom with a shower.

Likewise, the apartment has three other full bathrooms: two of them with a shower and the third with a shower and bathtub.
All of this makes Cibeles Luxe Terrace the perfect accommodation thanks to its 350m2 framed by a modern, elegant and functional style.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with access restricted to road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
