The property also boasts a private balcony with seating for two, offering a tranquil spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the city views.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The Royal Docks, located in East London, are an area of great historical and contemporary significance. They are well-served by the DLR, which provides easy access to Canary Wharf, the City of London, and other key areas. The Elizabeth Line from Custom House Station (10-minute walk) further enhances connectivity, linking the area to Heathrow Airport and central London.

The Royal Docks host a variety of cultural and social events throughout the year, including festivals, outdoor cinema screenings, and food markets. During the summer months, Royal Victoria Dock transforms into an urban beach, offering a unique leisure experience with sand, deckchairs, and various events.

This apartment is also within walking distance of the Excel Centre. Every year the venue hosts over 400 events, welcoming 40,000 exhibiting companies and over 4 million people from across the globe.

The Emirates cable cart is also a great attraction, situated at the bottom of the apartment. This provides direct access to the o2 Arena, which features a vast range of entertainment, including music and sporting events all year round.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
