Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, complete with a dining table with seating for six guests, perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or a takeaway from one of the local eateries. The sitting room, complete with a Smart TV and an electric fire, provides a warm space to relax and unwind, perhaps with a good book or a favourite film. Step outside to the enclosed side decking, furnished with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, whilst taking in the peaceful surroundings.
