What makes this property unique
We are located in a strategic area a short distance from the sea. The beaches of Marina di Castagneto Carducci, San Vincenzo, Baratti, Rimigliano and the Sterpaia Park can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Immersed in an age-old wood with about 50km of bike-trekking trails and a short distance from a beautiful spa surrounded by nature for which our guests have an agreement.
You will find excellent food and wine circuits and we will suggest wine cellars that we have carefully selected especially for you.
The climate is mild throughout the year and you have the opportunity to admire the beauty of nature and the sea in the typicality of each season.
