The residence is a complex with several swimming pools and tennis courts. Our flat is located on the 2nd floor with lift and two terraces with awnings. It consists of a living room with kitchen, sofa, washing machine and a/c. Bathroom with window and shower box, one bedroom with bunk bed and double bed and one bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed on a separate area. It has a private covered parking space (two small cars fit).

° Not included - Mandatory:
-Tourist tax. It is 1.00eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. The deposit will be returned at the check-out upon the apartment inspection.

° Not included - Optional. All extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-Bed linen 10eur/person
-Towels 10eur/person
-Crib/Cot 35eur/week
-High chair 20eur/week
-1 private beach place: between 67 and 80 eur/week (price subject to change), depending on the beach (1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair, starting from the 4th row upwards)
-Final cleaning: 65eur > you can clean yourself or pay the extra at the agency.

-1 pet allowed on request. 60eur per stay/pet.
