Located in the center of the city of Viareggio, 50 meters from the Matilde Tower, symbol of the city, and just 700 meters. from the seaand from the famous Viareggio promenade, decorated in elegant Art Nouveau style.
The location is truly very convenient: 200 meters from the pedestrian area of Piazza del Mercato, full of shops, restaurants and all services, 20 meters from the city bus stop and the nearby towns of Pisa, Lucca and Florence, less than a kilometer from the western pine forest (wonderful refuge from the summer heat) and the train station (convenient for reaching Pisa, Lucca, Florence and the Cinque Terre). You can really forget the car and enjoy the city on foot!
The historic building is characterized by typical marble balconies with wrought iron railings, has only 5 apartments and therefore good privacy, and a stairwell where on the ground floor there is space for 2 bicycles.

The "Casa Ninin - Belcanto Villas" apartment has a large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and desk; large room with sofa bed and relaxation area, with TV, and a large table where 6 can comfortably dine; the kitchen, semi-open to the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hob, washing machine and refrigerator; the bathroom with window has a beautiful shower with dox shower.
The apartment has heating with double split air conditioning for the heat (in winter) and for the cool (in summer). The apartment is finished with a lovely balcony where you can relax while sitting, enjoying the view of the Matilde Tower and the adjacent small square.
The furnishings are in a romantic style, in light tones and have just been completed.

Our Opinion: comfortable apartment for rent splendidly located both near the sea and the promenade, and the pedestrianized historic centre. The small terrace with a panoramic view of the Matilde Tower is a great advantage. Ideal for those who love the sea, comfort and enjoying the city on foot!
