Good location; clean and comfortable apartment.
Fully furnished and a very well equipped ground floor flat within Innovo Court in the heart of Croydon. The main road is the A222 which offers easy access to various parts of the area by car, bus or transport of your choice.
This clean and comfy flat has a modern inviting atmosphere that will meet family or business traveler needs.
The bedroom has an extremely comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobe and tv. Additional sleeping space can be found as a sofa bed in the open plan living room with kitchen and dining.
The Bathroom has a full size bath and shower. And fresh towels are provided.The lounge has satellite television. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes/pots and pans and all other necessities. The host wants visitors to enjoy their stay and provided coffee/tea. Living room area is comfortably furnished. A television with basic satellite is provided as well as WiFi. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking supplies. The host has also provided a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and four burner cooker as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
And most importantly, it also has a secure gated parking space for the car.
Enjoyed our short stay but highly recommend should you wish to stay in London for a short visit.
