Tastefully decorated, this lovely 125m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, and supermarkets. There are also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

It is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

The living room features a comfortable sofa and a dining table where you can relax. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

This space also has a kitchenette with essential cookware and cutlery to make a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

Two bedrooms have queen beds (one with a flat-screen TV and a working desk). The third bedroom is pleasant, with two single beds, a wardrobe, and a working desk. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Whether you're looking to immerse yourself in Lisbon's rich history or enjoy a night out on the town, this address provides the perfect starting point for your adventures in the city.

This property is conveniently situated just a 12-minute walk from the Rato metro station and 1.7 km from the Marquês de Pombal station. Its central location makes it a great starting point for exploring all that the city has to offer. With easy access to public transportation and a prime location, guests can easily visit popular attractions, shops, and restaurants in Lisbon.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
