The Bells is a newly renovated two bedroom first floor apartment, conveniently located just a short 10 minute walk from Bournemouth town centre, offering easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment options. 7 miles of award winning Blue Flag beaches are only a 15 minute stroll away. Also nearby are Bournemouth train station and the A35 for Bournemouth Airport or exploring the New Forest or rural Dorset.

THE SPACE

As you ascend the private carpeted stairwell, you'll immediately notice the grandeur of the high ceilings and stylish panelling that adorn the entryway.

Master bedroom (double)
This double room features a stunning blue velvet upholstered bed that invites you to relax and unwind. The classic blue feature wall adds a touch of elegance, creating a soothing atmosphere for a restful night's sleep. With a window allowing natural light to flood the room, the master bedroom is bright and airy.

Two units for storage, complete with rails and shelves, provide ample space to keep your belongings organised and easily accessible. Soft bedside lamps add a warm glow, perfect for settling in with a good book or enjoying a peaceful evening.
Family bathroom
The sleek and modern design features floor to ceiling textured grey tiles, creating a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere. The black marble effect tiles on the floor feel opulent, while the bath with shower overhead provides the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

A basin with mirror mounted above offers a chic and functional space for getting ready and the WC ensures convenience and comfort during your stay. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.

Bedroom 2 (twin with ensuite)
This large space is adorned with cool blue walls, creating a serene atmosphere. Two monochrome accent chairs with a table sit in front of the expansive triple windows, allowing natural light to flood the room and offering a peaceful spot for relaxation.

A wall mounted 40" smart TV is perfect for catching up on your favourite shows - guests are welcome to sign in to their preferred streaming platform. Twin beds with a bedside table and lamp provide a comfortable place to unwind, while a freestanding wardrobe offers ample storage for your belongings.

As you take a step down into the ensuite, you'll be greeted by floor to ceiling marble effect tiles and stone coloured floor tiles that exude elegance.

The highlight of the ensuite is the large walk-in shower with a rainfall head, which promises a refreshing start to your day. Complete with a WC, basin, heated towel rail and a large wall-mounted mirror with a shelf, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A window allows natural light to fill the room, with blinds for privacy. We will provide towels and mini toiletries for use during your stay.

Lounge
Striking black laminate flooring sets the stage for the vibrant orange accents that pop against the modern decor. Guests can relax on the black upholstered sofa or one of the two stylish orange accent chairs.
A large bay window floods the room with natural light, illuminating the circular dining table and four chairs where you can enjoy a meal, gather with friends or catch up on some work.

The modern area rug and glass coffee table add a touch of elegance to this generously proportioned room, while the beautiful pendant lighting hanging from the high ceiling creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

A 50" Smart TV is mounted above a decorative fireplace - guests are welcome to use the complimentary WiFi to sign in to their preferred streaming platforms.

Kitchen
The sleek and stylish kitchen at The Bells is accessed via one step from the lounge. The black marble effect tiled floor and herringbone tile backsplash create a sophisticated and modern atmosphere.

Two black leather bar stools offer a perch for those not cooking to keep the chef company! Facilities include a four ring gas hob, oven, integrated dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.
