This prime location is also the ideal place to stay and enjoy everything you want from Beach walks, Beach playparks and water sports like SUP or just swimming. There are great running areas right along the promenade for those who like to keep fit jogging so if you are looking at enjoying Ayr Beach you couldn’t ask for a better location – whilst only 100 yds away from all the very best hospitality venues Ayr has to offer.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with an oven, fridge freezer, toaster, Kettle, microwave all bedrooms and lounge have a flat-screen TV, lounge and dining area and a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, wc and Towels. Bed linen, pillows etc are fitted on beds in the apartment.

When booking our guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. No shared facilities once inside the apartment itself.

The property offers FREE parking for first 2 hours no return although we recommend paying the £3.00 in the private carpark 50 yards from the property that allows you to park all day.
