This traditional house, made of stone, wood, bricks and iron, is waiting to welcome you and offer a unique sense of relaxation and feel-home experience. You have available and for your personal use a 40 sq m yard and a 12 sq m balcony.Each rental is for the entire house and no other tenants except for you will be there during your stay.It has two bathrooms and two spacious bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people. In addition, a couch that turns into bed can host a fifth person in the living room.The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, oven, toaster and all necessary kitchenette and equipment to be used for your convenience and cooking. It is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Mytilene, close to the ancient theater and a few meters away from a nearby periurban forest. Within 10 minutes of walking you can reach the Epano Skala shore,close to the castle,or the central road of Ermou and the cafeterias and bars of the city center.
